I am a business owner for over 30 years. I have a background as a business analyst, database specialist, loan officer, tax preparer, real estate consultant, instructor, mentor and author.  

I support (a simplified version) the movement FIRE—Financial Independence, Retire Early! I am an International Best Selling Co-Author of ‘Creating Your Legacy’; Best Selling Co-Author of GameChangers & Co-Author of Short Sale 911 Manual. I also co-wrote the following e-book series ‘Home Advantage’, ‘The For Sale By Owner Guide’ and ‘Investment Property Made Easy’.  I am also the author of the forth coming book ‘Hidden Money For Homeowners’.  I help clients using real estate and modern day assest class to generate current income and create long-term sustainable wealth. In 1990, I founded Adtech Realty & Financial Corporation and served as the president until 2003. I operated a National Real Estate Franchise from 2003 – 2006. I was a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Realty & I was an Instructor of Keller Williams University. I was a Broker-Associate with Coldwell Banker & Alliance Bay Realty. I am a Broker-Associate with eXp Realty of California, Inc.; I am also a financial services member with Exertus Financial Partners and I am the CEO of Homeowner Money Academy, LLC. 
 
I hold a BS from Oregon State University, and a MS Computer Science & MBA from Binghamton University (SUNY).  I am a CRS—Certified Residential Specialist, a SRES—Seniors Real Estate Specialist, an ADU—Accessary Dwelling Unit Specialist.  I maintain my Real Estate Broker License DRE #01077762, the Health, Life Insurance & Annuity License, CDI #0M76850 and NMLS #2316396. I enjoy reading, travel, cooking and good foods, swimming and a game of Chinese ‘mahjong.’  You may also find me frequently heading up a Meetup group, or giving a seminar/webinar on business development and how to invest in real estate, life & annuity products, etc.; I married my college sweetheart and we just celebrated our 43rd anniversary; our son graduated from Berkeley School of Law & Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy, JD/MPP Class 2021—and passed The (UBE) BAR.
